This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a clinical point of escalation for issues related to travel clinicians at client facilities.
• Serve as a clinical intermediary among hospital leadership, vendors, and SimpliFi teams.
• Evaluate vendor applicants and support the Clinical Interview Specialist team with clinical interviews on behalf of unit leadership.
• Engage in MSP implementations and launches.
• Ensure clear communication of clinical processes and their successful execution.
• Collaborate with business development when engaging with potential clients to outline SimpliFi’s clinical processes and methodology.
• Oversee clinician performance evaluations, identifying areas for coaching, improvement, or recognition.
• Participate in departmental discussions regarding trends in terms and cancellations.
• Identify and provide clinical insights and recommendations.
• Consult with Risk Management on issues that present risks to clinicians, clients, or SimpliFi.
• Act as a clinical resource for internal teams.
• Lead and develop the Clinical Interview Specialist team.
• Set performance standards, offer coaching, and support team development.
• Collaborate with Client Relationship, Compliance, Operations, CAP Managers, fellow Clinical Directors, and the VP/Chief Clinical Officer on clinical operations and ensuring client success.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Active RN license in at least one state.
• Over 5 years of nursing experience across various specialty areas.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence when interacting with CNOs, Directors, Nurse Managers, and clinical staff.
• Experience in leading or mentoring others.
• Ability to handle complex situations with professionalism and discretion.
• High level of attention to detail and capability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or Education.
