📋 Description

• The Clinical Diagnostics Liaison (CDL) operates as a field-based expert within the Medical Affairs division.

• Providing education on disease states and enhancing awareness of the organization and its clinical initiatives.

• Leading efforts to identify patients within the medical community.

• Engaging healthcare providers in significant and compliant clinical discussions.

• Targeting healthcare professionals to foster direct engagement with providers and their teams.

• Conveying pertinent disease-state information and aiding in the early diagnosis and identification of suitable patients for clinical trial evaluation.

• Precisely documenting and preserving interactions and insights within the company’s CRM system.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to map patient journeys and activate referral pathways to clinical trial locations.

• Independently managing territory and traveling to achieve targets effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• An advanced degree or clinical license is preferred.

• Candidates with RN, PharmD, PhD, PA, MSN, or DNP qualifications are encouraged.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical field is essential.

• Familiarity with rare diseases is advantageous.

• Excellent clinical communication, learning capabilities, relationship-building, and presentation skills are required.

• High emotional intelligence, resilience, and strong interpersonal skills are necessary.

• Previous experience in developing and activating referral networks for clinical trial recruitment is preferred.
