Clinical Diagnostic Liaison – CDL

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• The Clinical Disease Liaison (CDL) is vital in providing disease-state education, enhancing awareness of the organization and its clinical initiatives, and spearheading patient identification strategies within the healthcare community.

• CDLs offer clinical and disease awareness assistance for a rare disease program by engaging healthcare providers in significant, compliant clinical dialogues.

• Engaging with specific healthcare professionals to directly communicate pertinent disease-state information, while facilitating the early diagnosis and identification of suitable patients for clinical trial opportunities.

• Documenting and preserving interactions and insights within the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, outlining patient journeys, and activating referral pathways to clinical trial locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• An advanced degree or clinical license is preferred.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical field is necessary.

• Background in rare diseases is preferred.

• Strong skills in clinical communication, learning agility, relationship development, and presentation abilities.

• Experience in creating and activating referral networks for clinical trial recruitment is preferred.
