This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Maintain in-depth clinical knowledge of designated therapeutic areas and the evolving clinical landscape pertinent to our client's clinical trial.
• Execute responsibilities related to territory management and the maintenance of the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
• Enhance disease awareness among targeted physicians and staff, accurately documenting findings in the CRM.
• Provide insights from physicians and staff for use in planning and strategy discussions.
• Collaborate with field teams and internal cross-functional groups.
• Establish and nurture healthcare partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage territory independently and travel as needed to efficiently achieve targets.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• An advanced degree or clinical license is preferred (RN, PharmD, PhD, PA, MSN, DNP).
• Experience in the pharmaceutical field is mandatory.
• Experience with rare diseases is preferred.
• Exceptional clinical communication, learning aptitude, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• High emotional intelligence with strong resilience and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in developing and activating referral networks for clinical trial recruitment is preferred.
