Clinical Development Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Delivering expertise in coding performance and implementing best practices.

• Evaluating data to improve client satisfaction.

• Leading consultations with clients to optimize their services.

• Supporting and working in collaboration with various teams.

• Developing presentation materials for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution OR a High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Health Information Management.

• Certification as a Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified Coding Professional (CPC).

• Comprehensive understanding of disease and procedure classification systems.

• Proficient database computer skills.

• Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes.

• Experience in Outpatient Facility Coding.

• Knowledge of Evaluation and Management coding and professional billing practices.

• Experience with Multi-specialty EM Coding, Radiology Coding, Surgery Coding, Cardiology Coding, and Pathology Coding.
