Clinical Demand Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Promote the adoption of B·R·A·H·M·S PCT within targeted hospitals, specifically focusing on sepsis management and antibiotic stewardship.

• Enhance test utilization through organized clinical engagement, education, and follow-up procedures.

• Collaborate with licensed partners and distributors to improve execution and foster growth.

• Develop and sustain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), clinicians, hospital stakeholders, and medical societies.

• Lead clinical education initiatives, including workshops, congresses, roadshows, and training sessions.

• Identify market opportunities, keep track of competition and regulatory changes, and deliver actionable insights.

• Work alongside the Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on priorities, strategy, and annual operating plan (AOP) objectives.

• Assist with broader SDG clinical demand initiatives and cross-divisional projects as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.

• Experience in diagnostics, medical devices, or the healthcare sector.

• Demonstrated ability to drive clinical adoption, utilization, or demand generation.

• Previous experience with distributors or indirect commercial models is preferred.

• Strong clinical and commercial acumen, in addition to effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Capacity to work independently in a multi-country environment.

• Proficiency in both French and English.
