This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.
• Take charge of product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a clinical data domain encompassing the entire care continuum.
• Oversee the complete product development process, from discovery to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as data science, data engineering, and software engineering.
• Convert clinical and claims data into actionable analytics, including analysis of care transitions, patient outcomes, performance benchmarking, referral patterns, cost, and network leakage.
• Recognize and incorporate AI/ML-driven capabilities (e.g., predictive analytics, risk stratification, anomaly detection) to enhance clinical insights and foster smarter decision-making for value-based care and post-acute providers.
• Develop and launch AI-driven product features, from conception to adoption, including generative AI, predictive models, and intelligent automation integrated directly into clinical and operational workflows for users.
• Utilize AI tools daily throughout the entire product lifecycle, including discovery, prototyping, requirements definition, stakeholder communication, and go-to-market enablement.
• Propel measurable business outcomes such as ARR growth, customer retention, and NPS, ensuring product investments yield impact.
• Control the clinical narrative surrounding care transitions, which includes discharge planning, referral patterns, and cross-setting patient flow, translating these workflows into product requirements.
• Autonomously prioritize and manage the product backlog, balancing clinical user needs, business value, and technical investments.
• Work alongside go-to-market teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to aid in positioning, enablement, and successful product launches.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to guide product direction and uncover opportunities for clinical and AI-driven innovation.
• Advocate for a product-led mindset, fostering clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.
• A minimum of 4 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with direct responsibility for roadmap and product outcomes.
• Practical experience with clinical data sets across various care settings (e.g., MDS, OASIS, ADT feeds, claims, EHR data).
• Profound understanding of care transitions, including patient movement across acute, post-acute, and community settings, along with the data and workflows that facilitate those transitions.
• Extensive familiarity with post-acute care workflows and performance metrics (e.g., SNFs, home health, hospice, referrals, readmissions, LOS).
• Experience or exposure to value-based care models (e.g., ACOs, bundled payments, network optimization).
• Strong background in healthcare analytics, preferably within post-acute and/or value-based care domains.
• Demonstrated capability to drive KPIs such as retention, NPS, and revenue growth.
• Experience in building or managing data products and analytics/visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a comfort level in collaborating closely with data science and engineering teams.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with tools like Jira and Aha!.
• A customer-first mindset, driven by a passion for addressing complex healthcare challenges and enhancing patient outcomes.
• Solid understanding of CMS reimbursement and value-based care models.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI and a proven history of utilizing AI tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prior clinical experience with direct patient care across various settings, ideally as a clinician.
