This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Executes assigned clinical study activities independently, utilizing extensive scientific knowledge for clinical data collection, management, quality assessment, analysis support, and documentation.
• Oversees the collection, maintenance, and quality of medical imaging data alongside associated clinical information from various clinical sites, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
• Develops and enforces image collection procedures and protocols in accordance with SOPs, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), FDA regulations, HIPAA, and other relevant requirements.
• Collaborates with radiologists and cross-functional teams to establish and uphold ground truth standards for clinical imaging studies.
• Evaluates image data for quality and adherence to protocols, resolves discrepancies, and maintains precise image databases and tracking systems.
• Aids in data analysis and contributes to the interpretation of study outcomes.
• Independently creates study documentation, technical reports, and scientific materials.
• Fosters productive relationships with internal teams and collaborates cross-functionally.
• Provides regular updates on data collection activities and identifies opportunities for enhancing data collection, processing, and operational workflows.
• Ensures adherence to regulatory, data privacy, and ethical standards.
• Works autonomously on assigned challenges, applying sound scientific judgment and evaluation.
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with clinical research principles and data analysis.
• Proficient in scientific computing, data analysis tools, and programming.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and their application.
• Experience with real-world healthcare data, preferably imaging (DICOM) data.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks to completion.
