This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +11 more states.
• Oversee customer accounts through both remote and on-site engagements
• Collaborate to establish and maintain customer relationships, enhance the overall customer experience, and proactively identify and resolve potential issues
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of departmental workflows, MIM product installation and usage, as well as the various roles of customers within their departments (e.g., Dosimetrists, Physicists, etc.)
• Build expertise in clinical and anatomical knowledge relevant to MIM products in Radiation Oncology
• Identify and engage with key customer stakeholders at managed sites to encourage effective use of MIM Software products, prompting customers to adopt new processes and discover cross-selling opportunities
• Collaborate across departments within the organization to relay customer needs and ensure timely follow-up with clients
• Document customer feedback and interactions within our CRM system
• Provide direct reports to management regarding ongoing customer activities, including software updates, training sessions, proactive customer engagements, and service contract renewals
• Deliver software training, basic technical assistance, and presentations on new features to customers via phone, online, and face-to-face
• Manage the collection and renewal of customer service and maintenance agreements
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success management or a related field, ideally within a clinical environment
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Proficient in various IT skills necessary to meet business requirements, including CRM systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate enduring relationships
• Strong time management and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated experience navigating hospital institutions effectively
• Willingness to travel nationally up to 30%
