Clinical Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Secure, manage, and assess clinical sites for a variety of comprehensive programs within the School of Nursing.

• Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare organizations and prospective adjunct faculty members.

• Collaborate with Nursing Deans to pinpoint evidence-based clinical experiences that enhance curriculum implementation and student learning outcomes.

• Review and oversee clinical practice agency agreements.

• Analyze clinical-experience evaluation results and communicate findings to Nursing Deans.

• Gather, document, and store essential student program paperwork.

• Assist in scheduling clinical courses.

• Assign clinical placements for students and gather the necessary documentation.

• Monitor and maintain community-based activities in Salesforce using the Clinical Tracking Tool.

• Work collaboratively across various programs, the school, and campuses to strengthen community clinical partnerships.

• Represent Rasmussen University at campus, community, and professional events.

• Support students in understanding clinical attendance requirements.

• Oversee clinical partnership agreements to guarantee uninterrupted access for students to sites.

• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on contracts and agreements.

• Assist the Dean with data collection related to clinical learning outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's degree is required.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service or sales is necessary.

• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.

• A highly organized and focused professional who addresses challenges and innovates with accountability and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Ability to work independently while consistently meeting deadlines.
