This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee and implement activities related to application configuration, user training, product commercialization, support for trade shows, product demonstrations, handling call escalations, and integrating system workflows.
• Join a rapidly expanding expert Informatics Team dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery.
• Facilitate connections between patients and hospitals, contributing to advancements in healthcare innovation.
• Act in a consultative capacity within project teams for the configuration of clinical workflows.
• Create and carry out training programs tailored for clinical users.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in preparation for the solutions' launch.
• Address defects related to clinical user interfaces and workflows, mentoring customers on system maintenance.
• Document workflows, ensure smooth handovers to service support, and engage in the development of new solutions and product functionalities.
• A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or a vocational education with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Background in a radiology department with a solid understanding of radiology workflows.
• Familiarity with Radiology Information Systems (RIS).
• Radiographer license or experience as a PACS administrator is preferred.
• Technologically adept and skilled in using MS Office Products.
• Experience in application training and/or consulting.
• Proficient in English, possessing strong oral and written communication and presentation abilities.
• A motivated team player with adaptability and strong interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the UK and Ireland (up to 70% of the time) and to other locations across Europe as needed.
• A standard DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) criminal record check is necessary for roles within healthcare.
