This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies that align with project goals and desired results.
• Lead workshops and sessions aimed at enhancing stakeholder comprehension, readiness, and consensus around change initiatives.
• Track and communicate change progress, including the identification of risks, challenges, and areas that need focused interventions.
• Cultivate an environment of open dialogue, transparency, and feedback to boost stakeholder engagement and adoption.
• Utilize data-driven insights to adjust change strategies, improve organizational preparedness, and assess effectiveness.
• Support the Change Lead in all facets of change management implementation.
• Coordinate work planning and scheduling.
• Manage stakeholders and develop communication strategies.
• Conduct gap analyses and contribute to efforts aimed at process improvement.
• Monitor and report on metrics related to change initiatives.
• Create and conduct training sessions for end users to ensure a smooth transition and adoption.
• Assist in the development of knowledge management resources, such as user guides, FAQs, and other educational materials.
• Help design and create training and enablement content, including tip sheets and quick reference guides.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and client workstreams to ensure synchronized and effective change execution.
• Bachelor’s degree (relevant work experience may substitute for a degree).
• Over 5 years of pertinent experience.
• Change Management certification (P4 – Master level).
• Change Management Training certification (P4 – Master level).
• ADKAR / Prosci certification.
• Proven expertise in stakeholder management.
• Strong skills in change analytics, including measurement and reporting.
