Clinical Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assisting our inbound helpline

• Managing online chat interactions

• Evaluating mental health requirements

• Referring clients to suitable therapy options or providing guidance

• Delivering immediate support

• Conducting therapy sessions via video

• Overseeing comprehensive case management services for our clients

• Collaborating with and supporting our global clinical teams

• Contributing to the development of our business

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s level counseling qualification that meets the professional standards of the United Kingdom and/or the Republic of Ireland.

• Current registration or accreditation with the relevant professional body.

• Necessary experience in addressing a wide array of psychological health and workplace-related issues, including mental health, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, child-related matters, anxiety, and substance-related issues.

• At least 400 hours of therapeutic delivery following qualification.

• Experience in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.

• Background working with high-risk cases such as suicide, abuse, and substance use or abuse.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.

• Preferably currently employed or having prior experience with an EAP Provider in the UK and/or the Republic of Ireland.

• Familiarity with working within a time-constrained framework.

• Previous experience as an intake clinician, which includes telephonic, live chat, and email counseling.
