This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• We are seeking a temporary Clinical Associate in South Korea to assist with comprehensive testing of Heidi’s proof of concept tailored for the Korean market.

• This position is primarily aimed at determining whether the product is effective for Korean clinicians within actual clinical workflows.

• You will evaluate Korean documentation scenarios, analyze clinical quality and usability, and deliver structured feedback that aids the team in enhancing the product prior to extensive customer testing.

• The objective is to assist Heidi in validating a proof of concept for the Korean market by examining:

• The quality of Korean clinical documentation

• Local terminology, phrasing, and documentation standards

• The fit of workflows for South Korean hospitals and clinicians

• Product usability from a clinician’s viewpoint

• Clinical accuracy, safety, and trustworthiness

• Preparedness for a hospital proof of concept in South Korea

• Identification of usability challenges, confusing steps, missing context, or workflow friction

• Reproduction of issues whenever feasible and thorough documentation of them

• Provision of structured product feedback

• Evaluation of whether Heidi’s outputs facilitate safe and effective clinical documentation workflows

• Assistance in understanding what Korean clinicians require to feel confident using the product

• Test Korean clinical workflows

• Evaluate Heidi using realistic Korean clinical scenarios, consultation types, and documentation workflows

• Assess whether Heidi’s outputs accurately reflect how clinicians in South Korea document, communicate, and operate

• Identify workflow deficiencies that could impact adoption, trust, or utility within Korean hospital settings

• Compare anticipated Korean clinical documentation standards with outputs generated by Heidi

• Highlight areas where the product may seem unnatural, incomplete, inaccurate, or misaligned with local practices

• Provide structured product feedback

• Test the complete experience from a Korean clinician’s perspective

• Identify usability challenges, confusing steps, missing context, or workflow friction

• Reproduce issues when possible and document them comprehensively

• Prioritize feedback based on clinical impact, user trust, and potential adoption obstacles

• Engage in feedback sessions with Heidi’s product, engineering, clinical, and commercial teams

• Support clinical safety and proof of concept readiness

• Assess whether Heidi’s outputs enable safe and effective clinical documentation workflows

• Identify risks that could compromise clinician trust, patient safety, or adoption

• Assist in understanding what Korean clinicians need to feel assured using the product

• Offer practical recommendations for onboarding, clinician guidance, or testing enhancements

• Help the team evaluate whether the product is prepared for broader customer testing in the Korean market

• Share insights on the South Korean market

• Provide valuable perspectives on South Korean healthcare workflows, hospital expectations, clinician behaviors, and documentation norms

• Clarify how Korean market expectations differ from those in Australia, the UK, or other Heidi markets

• Aid the team in understanding how clinicians in Korean hospitals may assess quality, usability, safety, and operational compatibility

• Participate in feedback sessions with Heidi’s product, engineering, clinical, and commercial teams.

• Exposure to bilingual or multilingual clinical documentation

• Professional working proficiency in English.
