This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Provide technical and clinical direction during the pre-sales phase by showcasing the complete range of Ultrasound products, highlighting their potential applications, features, and advantages to customers to boost revenue in the region.

• Organize, plan, and implement objective-driven system training for customers: track and report on training results.

• Act as a subject matter expert in Point of Care Ultrasound, serving as a clinical liaison to the sales team, with the objective of enhancing the clinical skills of the team and fostering customer relationships while promoting business growth.

• Infiltrate competitive accounts and relay current market insights back to the organization.

• Propel new product innovations (NPI) features and clinical methodologies; collaborate with customers to create training plans/strategies that facilitate new product integration in Point of Care Ultrasound and address ongoing training requirements.

• Support trade exhibitions and professional conferences by conducting product demonstrations and customer training sessions.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the modality/team, identify customer satisfaction challenges, assist with escalations, problem-solving, and specialty training requests.

• Cultivate significant relationships with customers (emphasizing key opinion leaders (KOLs) as needed) to standardize and enhance protocols while supporting our clinical education efforts.

• Advocate for and encourage the adoption of a hybrid training delivery approach for customers.

• Ensure the maintenance of well-documented pre and post-training materials in line with global standards.

• Uphold a safety-first and quality-oriented mindset, adhering to relevant processes as part of the Quality Management System and EHS policies and procedures.


⛳️ Requirements

• Reside within the territory: Sacramento.

• Hold an associate degree or equivalent, with 3+ years of technical/clinical industry experience; plus 2 certifications from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS), one of which must be Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS).

• Proficient in 2D, Doppler, and color flow imaging.

• Comprehensive understanding of clinical education training and the implementation of associated processes.

• Proven experience in conveying complex information and tailoring messaging according to the audience.

• Familiarity with Healthcare Information Systems, networking, and IT.

• Willingness to travel extensively (75-90+%) within the US (4-5 days per week, including overnight stays and some weekends) using various modes of transportation (car, air travel, train, etc.).
