Clinical Application Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Serves as the subject matter expert for the application of our products within key market segments to support the company's revenue growth objectives.

• Works in conjunction with the local sales team to organize and provide thorough onsite and virtual training and education for customers, including curriculum, processes/tools, and programs.

• Fosters a shared understanding of the technology among care providers and articulates the clinical and economic value proposition.

• Engages in product evaluations and installations.

• Analyzes needs and guarantees comprehensive education and hands-on training for our products, covering maintenance and troubleshooting for all members of the clinical team.

• Delivers the necessary education and training to promote optimal bedside usage of the technology in both new and existing accounts.

• This is a remote position (home-based in the southern CA region) requiring the ability to travel overnight (60%+) and work flexible hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent education and/or experience.

• Current RRT license is mandatory.

• Previous experience in training/educating healthcare professionals is preferred.

• Experience in the Medical Device Industry in a Clinical Specialist role is highly desirable.

• In-depth knowledge and usage of Sentec products is preferred.

• Ability to swiftly grasp new product enhancements and training programs/materials.

• Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and obtain any/all required vaccinations as necessary for vendor credentialing.
