Clinical Application Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Act as a software authority for both clients and internal team members.

• Facilitate webinars and workshops to provide technical knowledge, support, and training to clients related to PaxeraHealth applications, both remotely and in-person.

• Create presentations, videos, and various training materials as needed for webinars, workshops, and training sessions.

• Serve as a liaison between clients or potential clients and the company's development team, effectively communicating relevant suggestions and ideas for future software enhancements.

• Engage in the product development lifecycle.

• Develop and oversee software documentation and technical support materials, including user manuals, video tutorials, and training tools.

• Attend conferences and exhibitions, interact with clients, and showcase PaxeraHealth medical imaging solutions.

• Assist with product setup and deliver product presentations to customers and attendees during trade shows.

• Collaborate with technical teams and user groups to address client issues utilizing available technology, including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background as a radiology technologist or in a comparable clinical role.

• Comprehensive knowledge of medical imaging and the challenges encountered by professionals in this field.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Radiology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline is essential.

• Excellent presentation skills combined with sales aptitude.

• Capability to comprehend and communicate complex technical information.

• A proactive, hands-on, and client-focused approach.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for client demonstrations and trade shows.

• Strong time management abilities and capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and information technology.

• Must successfully pass a drug test, undergo a criminal background check, and possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
