Clinical Application Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as a software specialist for both clients and internal team members.

• Facilitate webinars and workshops to showcase and offer technical expertise, support, and training related to PaxeraHealth applications, both remotely and on-site.

• Develop presentations, videos, and other training resources as needed for webinars, workshops, and training sessions.

• Serve as a liaison between clients/potential clients and the company’s development team, effectively relaying relevant suggestions and ideas for inclusion in future software enhancements.

• Engage in the product development cycle.

• Create and oversee software documentation and technical support materials, including user manuals, video tutorials, and training tools.

• Attend conferences and exhibitions, interacting with clients to demonstrate PaxeraHealth medical imaging solutions.

• Assist with the product setup process and deliver product presentations to customers and visitors during trade shows.

• Collaborate with technical teams and user groups to address client issues using available technology, including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a radiology technologist or in a related clinical position.

• Comprehensive knowledge of medical imaging and the challenges encountered by professionals in this field.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Radiology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline is mandatory.

• Excellent presentation abilities coupled with sales skills.

• Capability to assimilate and communicate highly technical information effectively.

• A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for client demonstrations and trade shows.

• Strong time management abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and information technology.

• Must be able to pass a drug test, background check, hold a valid driver’s license, and maintain an acceptable driving record.
