Clinical Application Analyst – Intermediate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist IT EMR Services with a primary emphasis on Epic ASAP and associated clinical applications.

• Accountable for application support, system upkeep, troubleshooting, upgrades, and optimizing workflows.

• Collaborate with operational and IT teams to tackle complex issues.

• Execute system enhancements and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.

• Operate within a fast-paced healthcare technology setting.

• Improve technology and workflows that empower clinicians and enhance patient experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma/GED with seven (7) years of experience in supporting and maintaining computer systems.

• Associate's degree in Computer Sciences, Nursing, or a related healthcare field, along with five (5) years of experience in supporting and maintaining computer systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Nursing, or a related healthcare field, plus three (3) years of experience in supporting and maintaining computer systems.

• Post Graduate degree in Computer Sciences, Nursing, or a related healthcare field, along with one (1) year of experience in supporting and maintaining computer systems is required.

• Epic ASAP certification is mandatory.

• Proficient in Epic ASAP and related applications.

• Understanding of drug formulary, dispensing and ordering methods, products, processes, and procedures utilized in a pharmacy is essential.

• Ability to lead meetings, resolve conflicts, maintain issue lists, and manage a project plan.

• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
