Clinical Analyst, EpicCare Ambulatory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Direct the creation, execution, and enhancement of EpicCare Ambulatory.

• Design, construct, test, and uphold components of the Epic system to optimize clinical workflows.

• Collaborate with clinicians and stakeholders to assess business requirements and develop innovative solutions.

• Configure workflows, documentation tools, Smart Tools, OTX, Health Maintenance, Registries, and additional components.

• Offer technical expertise, training, and continuous support for end users.

• Work together on projects, system enhancements, and process improvements to boost operational efficiency and patient safety.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare.

• Practical experience with Epic build, particularly with EpicCare Ambulatory or OTX (strongly preferred).

• Understanding of clinical workflows in outpatient environments and EMR system implementations.

• Experience with IT deployments in hospitals or major medical centers is advantageous.

• Familiarity with billing, scheduling, access services, and health maintenance workflows.

• EpicCare Ambulatory Certification (mandatory).
