
Clinical Analyst, EpicCare Ambulatory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
β’ Direct the creation, execution, and enhancement of EpicCare Ambulatory.
β’ Design, construct, test, and uphold components of the Epic system to optimize clinical workflows.
β’ Collaborate with clinicians and stakeholders to assess business requirements and develop innovative solutions.
β’ Configure workflows, documentation tools, Smart Tools, OTX, Health Maintenance, Registries, and additional components.
β’ Offer technical expertise, training, and continuous support for end users.
β’ Work together on projects, system enhancements, and process improvements to boost operational efficiency and patient safety.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
β’ A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare.
β’ Practical experience with Epic build, particularly with EpicCare Ambulatory or OTX (strongly preferred).
β’ Understanding of clinical workflows in outpatient environments and EMR system implementations.
β’ Experience with IT deployments in hospitals or major medical centers is advantageous.
β’ Familiarity with billing, scheduling, access services, and health maintenance workflows.
β’ EpicCare Ambulatory Certification (mandatory).
