This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create clinically accurate and realistic case scenarios relevant to your specialty, encompassing diagnostic reasoning, treatment planning, risk assessment, and guideline-compliant care.
• Formulate “gold standard” responses at an attending-physician level to facilitate AI model training.
• Assess and score AI-generated outputs utilizing structured rubrics and evidence-based medical standards.
• Deliver comprehensive written feedback to improve model precision, safety, and clinical reasoning.
• Engage in onboarding sessions, office hours, and specialty-specific calibration discussions.
• Must be board-certified with a current, active, and unrestricted medical license.
• In the final year of residency (recent graduates must be board-eligible).
• Board-certified/board-eligible in your primary specialty with an active, unrestricted license.
• Strong grasp of evidence-based medicine and clinical guidelines specific to your specialty.
