This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create clinically precise and realistic case scenarios tailored to your specialty, encompassing diagnostic reasoning, treatment planning, risk stratification, and guideline-driven care.

• Generate “gold standard” responses that reflect the level of an attending physician to assist in AI model training.

• Assess and score AI-generated outputs utilizing structured rubrics and evidence-based medical criteria.

• Offer comprehensive written feedback to improve model accuracy, safety, and clinical reasoning.

• Engage in onboarding sessions, office hours, and specialty-specific calibration discussions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Board-certified with a current, active, and unrestricted medical license.

• Final year of residency (recent graduates must be board-eligible).

• Board-certified/board-eligible in primary specialty with an active, unrestricted license.

• Strong grasp of evidence-based medicine and clinical guidelines relevant to your specialty.
