This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Assist in the operational management of ABA clinics spanning ten markets.
• Support the Operations Manager with everyday administrative responsibilities and clinic operations.
• Organize appointment scheduling and handle call-outs.
• Engage with families and parents to facilitate care coordination, deliver service updates, and address inquiries or concerns.
• Ensure the maintenance of precise records and reports for business forecasting purposes.
• Coordinate staff schedules to guarantee sufficient staffing for therapeutic sessions.
• Aid in upholding a clean and organized clinic atmosphere.
• Oversee clinic inventory and initiate orders when supplies are running low.
• Take part in team meetings and present operational updates.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the Operations Manager to promote clinic growth and development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in an operations or coordination position, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA.
• Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or experience in autism services is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, encompassing Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comfort with cloud-based management systems and tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while fostering strong team collaboration.
• Detail-oriented approach with an emphasis on accuracy and consistency.
• Capability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing work environment.
• Experience with a multi-location or national organization is preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare client management software or systems is advantageous.
