Client Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Enhance the quality and value of NeoHealthHub's client deliverables by leveraging data, analytics, and technology.

• Design, develop, and oversee analytics solutions that transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that support clients' decision-making and brand planning requirements.

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between NeoHealthHub and the broader Cencora group, ensuring that technology capabilities are in accordance with architectural and governance standards.

• Lead the comprehensive design and delivery of analytics solutions as part of NeoHealthHub's offerings, ensuring that each solution is tailored to meet client needs.

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve client deliverables through automation, enhanced visualization, or innovative analytical methods.

• Construct and maintain data pipelines utilizing Azure Databricks (PySpark/SQL) and Azure Data Factory.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).

• Previous experience in consulting, analytics, or data delivery, preferably in similar environments.

• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional delivery and convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.

• Familiarity with pharmaceutical brand planning cycles and the significance of analytics in commercial decision-making.

• Technical Skills: Azure Databricks (PySpark/SQL), Azure Data Factory (pipelines, orchestration, parameterization), Power BI (data modeling, advanced DAX, performance optimization, RLS), SQL for modeling and transformation, Python for data processing and automation, Power Apps and Power Automate, data governance and metadata management, Git-based source control and release management.
