This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Overseeing incoming client communications through email with a focus on empathy and urgency.
• Partnering with the Hiring Team to manage job advertisements according to client preferences and requirements.
• Prioritizing support tasks to align with client demands and internal deadlines.
• Utilizing HubSpot CRM to document all interactions, updates, and client histories.
• Actively sourcing candidates manually from our database.
• Parsing candidate information manually when automated syncing does not function correctly.
• Adhering to and enhancing internal processes to optimize support delivery.
• Creating social media content for our page as well as for our client's job advertisements.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or client support, ideally within a SaaS context.
• Expertise in HubSpot CRM or a similar platform.
• Strong skills in time management and prioritization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• An empathy-driven, client-focused approach.
• Proactive and consultative in problem-solving.
• Familiarity with marketing and recruiting concepts is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proven experience in identifying growth opportunities and addressing client challenges.
