This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Manage both inbound and outbound calls from clients, brokers, and partners with professionalism and empathy.
• Provide accurate estimated times of arrival (ETAs) and promptly address broker-related inquiries.
• Adhere to stringent standard operating procedures (SOPs) in accordance with Wingz and our partnered clients’ service standards.
• Maintain proactive communication with leadership, dispatch, and other departments to ensure smooth coordination and timely resolution of issues.
• Accurately document all conversations and updates in the company database or CRM system.
• Approach all calls with urgency and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring clients receive timely and high-quality support.
• Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams as necessary, while maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts by identifying trends, providing feedback, and suggesting process enhancements.
• At least 2 years of phone-based support experience for international companies (B2B or B2C).
• Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating a professional and empathetic tone.
• Quick learner who adapts swiftly to new tools, systems, and client processes.
• Dedicated to assisting others, particularly in healthcare and transportation environments.
• High energy and enthusiasm, with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
• Capability to work independently while ensuring accountability and accuracy.
• Availability to work during ET hours, including weekends or holidays, based on operational requirements.
• 10 PTO days after completing the probationary period.
• Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage after the probationary period.
