📋 Description

• Assisting clients with the ordering process for background checks.

• Working alongside internal teams to address client inquiries.

• Ensuring adherence to data privacy regulations and company policies.

• Tracking the status of ongoing background checks.

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer-facing support position, preferably in a B2B context.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
