This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Assist clients who have requested background checks, including criminal record investigations, employment history confirmations, educational qualification assessments, reference verifications, and professional license validations, with general inquiries, technical challenges, and escalations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries regarding specific checks to provide updates on status and any necessary actions.
• Ensure adherence to regulations and company policies, including compliance with data privacy laws and secure management of personal information throughout the vetting process.
• Manage client inquiries through various channels: phone, email, and live chat.
• Represent the client's voice by bringing attention to common issues faced across the product to your team leader.
• Foster continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies within current processes to enhance operational effectiveness where possible.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role, ideally in a B2B context.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to listen actively.
• A quick thinker and fast learner with robust problem-solving skills.
• A genuine team player who is comfortable with remote or occasionally hybrid work and shift schedules.
• Capable of performing well under pressure and managing multiple tasks while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in an omnichannel setting utilizing common CRM systems.
• Proficient in handling data, reports, spreadsheets, and various business tools and applications.
