• Engage with clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings
• Address client inquiries by coordinating and following up as necessary

• Collaborate with team members and partners as required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is advantageous
• Must be a resident of the United States
