• A minimum of 1 year of experience in live chat or ticketing systems is required.
• Previous experience in customer service is essential.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to investigate complex trading queries.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively to clients.
• Quick learner of new processes and procedures.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail.
