This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• Deliver prompt and effective technical assistance to clients via the ticketing system and chat communications.
• Diagnose and address client problems related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
• Record all client interactions, issues, and solutions in our database.
• Collaborate with fellow support team members to tackle intricate technical challenges.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
• Guarantee that all client inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
• Refer issues to relevant departments as necessary.
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge and skills through ongoing training and development.
• Proficient in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in a technology company or customer service setting.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of IT concepts (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, networking, etc.).
• Outstanding communication abilities, both in writing and verbally.
• Capability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Readiness to work on a rotational shift, including weekends and holidays.
