Client Success, Underwriting Specialist

📋 Description

• Oversee the life insurance application process from initial submission to final policy delivery.

• Collect and organize client information necessary for successful submission to carriers.

• Submit applications along with supporting documentation to insurance providers.

• Arrange medical examinations, laboratory tests, APS requests, and underwriting necessities.

• Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding any outstanding requirements.

• Consistently follow up with carriers to ensure efficient progress on cases.

• Assist coaches in preparing clients for underwriting expectations and subsequent steps.

• Manage logistics for policy delivery and funding.

• Support the onboarding of clients into our systems and community post-policy placement.

• Act as a reliable guide and point of contact for clients throughout the underwriting journey.

• Convert carrier communications into clear, professional messaging that is client-friendly.

• Uphold a calm, professional demeanor during underwriting challenges.

• Provide timely updates and proactive communications to both clients and coaches.

• Assist current policyholders with service-related inquiries.

• Coordinate carrier service forms and policy modifications as required.

• Keep accurate CRM notes and update the pipeline regularly.

• Track tasks, workflows, and follow-ups within company systems.

• Collaborate closely with coaches and operations leadership.

• Dependable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.

• Comfortable with remote and independent work.

• Availability during core business hours in Central Time.

• Proficient in Zoom and thriving in a collaborative remote environment.

• Capability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Technologically adept with a willingness to quickly learn new systems.

• Experience with any of the following is beneficial, though not essential:
