This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary client-facing representative.
• Oversee the complete issue resolution process for clients and their policyholders.
• Cultivate and sustain effective relationships with clients.
• Record all interactions with clients and customers in Salesforce.
• Work alongside internal teams to provide feedback on processes, scripting, and systems for enhancement.
• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service or a related field.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
