This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the client specialist for designated clients, creating and overseeing onboarding strategies, timelines, and risk mitigation plans.
• Take full ownership of the comprehensive onboarding plan, including scope, timeline, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Facilitate client success meetings by setting agendas, driving decision-making, and ensuring accountability for results.
• Implement the setup and onboarding of employee benefit programs with carriers and vendors.
• Guarantee the accurate completion of carrier submissions, plan setup, and readiness for enrollment.
• Establish onboarding controls to maintain data integrity, compliance, and operational readiness before client launch.
• Oversee carrier, vendor, and HRIS platform deliverables and timelines.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits brokerage, benefits administration, or implementation roles.
• Proven experience in leading client onboarding or implementation projects.
• Background in advising on benefits administration, eligibility rules, and platform configuration.
• Active Life & Health insurance license is preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and client relationship management abilities.
