This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Take ownership of and continuously enhance the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to long-term partnership, renewal, and expansion.
• Create and lead structured onboarding initiatives that promote rapid adoption, clear value realization, and high levels of client satisfaction.
• Develop and sustain trusted relationships with law firm leadership and essential stakeholders at the executive level.
• Utilize client data and performance metrics to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities aimed at improving retention and outcomes.
• Set clear success metrics, feedback systems, and reporting frameworks to enhance the client experience continuously.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-achieving Client Success team, including managers and specialists.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence that aligns with company values.
• Recruit, train, and develop top-tier talent to facilitate growth and scalability.
• Design and execute scalable systems, processes, and policies that promote operational efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to outline and implement the company's client success strategy and long-term goals.
• Analyze performance data to guide strategic decisions, continuous improvement, and growth initiatives.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring profitability and operational discipline.
• Work closely with Sales to assist with renewals, expansion opportunities, and revenue growth.
• Ensure robust post-sale execution to meet sales targets and client expectations.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure alignment between client needs and company strategy and roadmap.
• Lead and operate in full accordance with Stafi’s core values: reliability, hard work, enjoyment, deep care, passion, initiative, collaboration, and loyalty.
• Over 8 years of progressive leadership experience in Client Success, Operations, or Customer Experience.
• Proven success in building, managing, and scaling high-performing client success teams.
• Strong comprehension of law firm operations, legal services, or similar professional services environments.
• Demonstrated capacity to analyze performance data, identify trends and risks, and convert insights into strategic actions.
• Executive-level communication and relationship-building abilities, capable of influencing senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in designing and implementing processes, systems, and teams from scratch is highly preferred.
