This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You foster a culture of alignment, collaboration, and accountability with our client stakeholders to enhance loyalty.
• Communicate and deliver business outcomes and impacts to ensure high levels of client retention while supporting new expansion opportunities.
• Organize regular meetings and business reviews to assess progress and success in the overall client relationship.
• Utilize best practices to facilitate optimal client engagement, satisfaction, and results that align with the client’s business goals.
• Build client relationships that turn them into advocates for Force, providing references, case studies, and testimonials.
• Actively seek out expansion opportunities within your client portfolio and collaborate with your aligned Strategic Account Executive to advance these expansions.
• Represent the client's voice within the organization, championing their requests and feedback.
• 2-4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or related customer-facing positions in the healthcare industry.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: You are a skilled and articulate communicator with experience presenting to large audiences and senior stakeholders.
• Customer-centric Approach: You possess a strong empathy for customer stakeholders and are eager to understand their goals and concerns, actively striving to provide a top-tier experience.
