This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of client specialists.
• Establish clear expectations and foster accountability through observations and performance management.

• Advocate for an exceptional client experience in every team interaction.
• Take responsibility for client issues and drive strategic, comprehensive resolutions.

• Develop and implement service procedures that enhance the client experience and increase revenue.
• Achieve and surpass performance goals and key metrics.
• Analyze data and assess results to formulate action plans for improvement or sustained performance.
• Prepare and deliver biweekly team performance presentations and engage in monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Oversee schedules, resources, and operational priorities to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Promote change and adaptability within the team with clarity and enthusiasm.
• Implement strategic processes that enhance service quality and align with company priorities.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at the director level and above.
• Demonstrated experience as a customer service manager or team leader in a relevant field.
• Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and operational tools.
• Experience managing or collaborating with BPO teams is highly preferred.
• Capability to create and present executive-level performance updates.
• Experience leading remote teams across various time zones.
• Strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
• Bachelor's degree or a related field is preferred; relevant experience will be considered equally.
