This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of customer accounts, enhancing adoption, retention, and growth.

• Implement proactive outreach strategies that align with client objectives, milestones, and business results.

• Spearhead onboarding processes and assist customers in achieving significant adoption milestones.

• Perform customer success evaluations to pinpoint adoption gaps, opportunities, and subsequent actions.

• Recognize accounts at risk and execute recovery strategies to enhance customer outcomes.

• Facilitate discussions with customers centered around business objectives and value realization.

• Develop and implement scalable customer engagement initiatives, including campaigns, automations, and office hours.

• Discover and pursue expansion and referral opportunities within current accounts.

• Keep precise customer records and account activities in HubSpot.

• Relay customer insights and feedback to internal teams.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to enhance customer outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar position.

• Experience in managing multiple customer accounts in a high-demand environment.

• Proven capability to independently oversee client initiatives from inception to completion.

• Strong aptitude for leading structured business discussions and identifying areas for improvement.

• Proficient in CRM systems, with a preference for HubSpot.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to excel in a fully remote work setting.

• Experience in a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) environment is preferred.

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
