This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish robust, consultative relationships with employer clients to serve as a trusted partner and advisor in enhancing the mental health of client populations through the use of Big Health’s products.
• Oversee enrollment marketing and campaign planning initiatives to raise awareness of our programs among client populations - collaborate with your clients to pinpoint unique opportunities to boost engagement within their groups.
• Prepare reports and lead monthly or quarterly client meetings, conduct annual reviews, and manage timely follow-ups to ensure satisfaction among clients.
• Think strategically and work across functions to resolve client inquiries.
• Assume responsibility for up-sell opportunities and contract renewals.
• Become a subject matter expert and internal advocate for clients' needs as our offerings evolve.
• Analyze, interpret, and present program engagement and outcome metrics to showcase value to our clients.
• A minimum of 4+ years of experience in enterprise account management, with a proven ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to coordinate across functions and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive in influencing key stakeholders and driving decisions.
• Possess a strong executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with senior benefits leaders.
• Exceptional attention to detail; you'll have complete ownership of your accounts and will measure their success. A meticulous, thorough, creative, and analytical approach will be vital for both your success and that of your clients.
• Excellent collaborative communication skills and a readiness to support your Big Health team.
• Proficient in creating clear, insight-driven presentations (PowerPoint / Google Slides) and analyzing data (Excel / Google Sheets); familiarity with Looker and Salesforce is highly preferred.
• A strong interest in healthcare, healthtech, and mental health, along with a passion for improving people's lives is highly desirable.
