
Client Success Director – Jumbo Market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage our largest client and broker relationships
• Ensure that Garner provides an exceptional client experience for the designated book of business
• Implement key workflows and oversee client health to support our clients
• Monitor client success KPIs, escalate issues of concern, and mitigate risks through the development and execution of action plans
• Apply best practice standards and workflows to enhance client satisfaction, engagement, and ROI to foster retention
• Collaborate with product, sales, and member services teams to ensure that client engagement objectives are achieved and that clients are pleased with Garner’s services
• Regularly communicate with key decision-makers and our primary broker partners to understand their ongoing needs
• Create client reports, meeting materials, and workshops as necessary
• Represent Garner at client open enrollment and educational sessions, both in-person and virtually
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time (primarily during October-November)
• Over 7 years of experience in managing and growing a high-performing enterprise book of business (B2B SaaS) while delivering impactful results consistently in the healthcare and benefits sector
• Proven experience in supporting clients to boost engagement and maximize the value of a medical benefit and/or healthcare SaaS solution
• A strong commitment to providing an outstanding client experience and a drive to deliver high-quality work
• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly convey a vision or strategy and inspire adoption and change
• Outstanding presentation abilities
• Capability to thrive in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving, and fast-paced startup environment with significant potential for growth
• Proficient in identifying and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve client and member issues; experienced in working with internal executives on large client initiatives
• Self-motivated individual who takes responsibility and drives the execution of key initiatives to serve both the client and the business
• Proven track record of establishing relationships with sophisticated clients and brokers in the health and welfare arena
