This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +23 more states.
• Direct Responsibility for Growth: Manage the commercial strategy and revenue objectives for a specialized group of high-priority Brand accounts.
• Pipeline Management: Facilitate pod meetings (Weekly Opportunity Stand-Ups) to explore available opportunities and verify the accuracy of the weighted pipeline.
• Identification of Opportunities: Collaborate with Sales/Solutions Engineers to recognize upsell opportunities for new AdTech/MarTech products and enhanced service offerings.
• Development of Sales Narratives: Design and present business reviews and pitch decks that extend beyond metrics to illustrate ROI.
• C-Suite Engagement: Establish and nurture strong relationships with VP and C-Level stakeholders for key clients, positioning Adswerve as an essential partner in their digital evolution.
• Executive Oversight: Act as the Executive Sponsor for at-risk accounts, directly engaging with senior stakeholders to restore confidence and communicate value.
• Excellence in Narrative: Enhance the Adswerve Story by guiding your team to focus on financial outcomes and ROI-driven narratives rather than just tactical metrics.
• High-Stakes Negotiations: Take charge of complex, multi-year, or significant uplift contract renewals and pricing discussions to secure profitability and mutual benefit.
• Integrated Solutions Advisory: Assist the team in seamlessly navigating Programmatic, Paid Search, and Cloud/Analytics discussions to optimize "share of wallet".
• Market Insights: Provide an "Outside-In" perspective by sharing industry trends and competitive intelligence to illustrate how clients' peers are leveraging new technologies and AI.
• Coaching Through Action: Participate in high-stakes pitches, Business Reviews, and client presentations to exemplify elite sales practices and enhance pod members' skills through direct observation and guided independence.
• Representation to Leadership: Compile front-line insights on service deficiencies or product demands and relay them to Executive Leadership to influence the Adswerve roadmap.
• Process Improvement: Enhance client engagement frameworks and internal workflows to streamline delivery and elevate the quality of output across departments.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, consultancy, or ad-tech, with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction, revenue retention, and business development.
• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing growth and retention goals within a personal portfolio of clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related professional background is preferred.
• Commercial acumen and experience selling at least two of the following:
• Programmatic/Media: (DV360, TTD, SA360, Amazon, Social).
• Analytics: (GA4, Adobe Analytics).
• Data Science/Cloud: (MMM, Propensity modeling, etc.).
• Experience in selling or consulting on Cloud-based solutions or Advanced Analytics projects is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated proficiency in negotiating complex contracts and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
• Exceptional communication abilities with the skill to transform data into a compelling narrative that connects with non-technical executive audiences.
• Capability to navigate uncertainty and guide clients through industry transformations (e.g., privacy regulations, cookie deprecation, etc.).
