This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with up to 3 Customer Success Managers (CSMs) across 10–12 client accounts to assist with daily client needs.
• Address tactical client inquiries (e.g. generating reports, responding to product-related questions, creating follow-up documents).
• Develop and enhance client-facing materials such as kick-off presentations, insights reports, and training resources utilizing CreativeX templates.
• Extract and analyze client usage data to prepare for strategic discussions or monitor progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor onboarding processes and project milestones within our client management system (Vitally) and highlight any potential risks or delays.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Support, Product Operations) to ensure prompt resolution of client challenges.
• Assist in managing out-of-office coverage for client accounts to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Contribute to initial insights and "story starter" slides that assist clients in recognizing creative performance trends.
• Support the creation of adoption campaigns and training strategies that help client teams integrate CreativeX into their workflows.
• Test new tools, workflows, or AI functionalities to enhance the effectiveness of the Customer Success team in delivering insights.
• Work alongside Product, Marketing, and Enablement teams to collect client feedback, case studies, or data trends.
• Refine and document repeatable Customer Success processes to boost efficiency and improve onboarding.
• Develop functionality in Vitally to automate routine tasks and standardize workflows.
• Manage the client Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey and assist with internal reporting.
• 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing, account support, or project coordination position (preferably in SaaS, advertising, or marketing).
• Proficient with data handling in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic about technology, creativity, and facilitating client growth.
• Practical experience supporting enterprise clients at some of the world's leading brands.
• Insight into creative data analytics and AI-driven insights.
