Client Success Architect

📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic consultant to partners, creating and executing success plans that align Blackpoint's offerings with partners' business goals.

• Convert technical adoption into quantifiable business results.

• Proactively identify partner constraints and highlight potential risks.

• Provide actionable recommendations based on established best practices.

• Develop and sustain multi-threaded relationships.

• Perform structured risk evaluations across designated partners to pinpoint retention risks.

• Collaborate closely with GTM, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure alignment with partner requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in cybersecurity and MSP environments, with experience in customer-facing technical positions.

• Demonstrated history of enhancing customer value, adoption, and engagement.

• Ability to navigate intricate customer environments and communicate effectively across various roles.

• Experience in cybersecurity or related technical fields is preferred.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Comfortable working independently and remotely.
