This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Collaborate with client-specific locations to provide updates and assistance regarding planned and delivered services.
• Arrange Independent Service Providers (ISPs) for services and oversee their completion to ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of a client work order, which includes: Creating the work order, Assigning it to ISPs, Scheduling the service, Following up on completion, and invoicing the client.
• Communicate effectively both internally and externally via phone, email, text messages, Microsoft TEAMS, and third-party work order management systems.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and Independent Service Provider (ISP).
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally as they arise.
• Diligently manage and update ISP and client activities in JANIT.
• Perform daily IVR validation and monitoring to ensure ISPs adhere to their scheduled commitments.
• Prior experience in remote work (Preferred)
• High school diploma or GED.
• A minimum of one year of demonstrated customer service experience in any sector (Preferred).
• Flexible and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications, including: Outlook, Word, Excel, and TEAMS.
• Excellent time management abilities.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-driven with a proactive attitude.
• Able to meet or exceed deadlines.
