This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage comprehensive client operations for a portfolio consisting of significant health system and hospital clients.
• Collaborate closely with implementation teams to maintain high standards of implementation quality.
• Utilize Metabase, BigQuery, and internal reporting tools to transform operational insights into strategies for client engagement.
• Act as a trusted strategic partner to both our Client Success team and clients.
• Collaborate across departments on IDR strategy and payer compliance initiatives.
• Guide analysts within the team and contribute to the development of playbooks.
• 4–6 years of experience in a client-facing operations, strategy, or analytics role, such as Client Strategy & Operations, Implementation, or Account Management.
• Direct experience working within or with large health systems and hospitals.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with familiarity in BigQuery and visualization tools like Metabase, Looker, or Tableau.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Strategic and proactive mentality, with a demonstrated capacity to manage high-value accounts.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional projects and complex client implementations.
