This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Spearhead the creation of integrated marketing strategies that unify digital, experiential, retail, social, content, and brand initiatives into cohesive campaigns aimed at achieving measurable business outcomes.
• Convert client business objectives into well-defined strategic direction, actionable campaign plans, audience frameworks, and messaging platforms.
• Comprehend the interplay between online and offline marketing channels, crafting strategies that foster connected customer experiences across both real-life and digital touchpoints.
• Execute market research, consumer insight analysis, trend monitoring, and competitive assessments to identify opportunities and enhance strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Account, Digital, and Production teams to ensure consistent strategic thinking from ideation through to execution.
• Establish campaign measurement frameworks, KPIs, and reporting methodologies focused on performance, conversion, engagement, and business impact rather than vanity metrics.
• Evaluate campaign and program performance across various channels, pinpointing insights, optimization opportunities, and future recommendations for clients.
• Engage in and lead client working sessions, presentations, brainstorming sessions, and strategic planning with confidence and clarity.
• Contribute to new business initiatives including pitch strategy, campaign concepts, strategic positioning, and proposal development.
• Discover opportunities to enhance and solidify client relationships through proactive strategic thinking and innovative marketing solutions.
• Remain updated on shifting consumer behaviors, digital trends, platform modifications, retail dynamics, and experiential marketing innovations to keep clients ahead of the competition.
• Exhibit a problem-solving attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to bridge high-level strategy with practical execution.
• Post-secondary education in business or marketing.
• 3–6 years of experience in a marketing strategy or a related role (agency experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing across digital, experiential, and brand channels.
• An entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills while working across multiple teams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to develop insights and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
• Experience in working with campaign KPIs, reporting, and optimization.
• Familiarity with retail, automotive, or consumer product categories is a plus.
• Experience with paid media, CRM, or performance marketing is advantageous.
