This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Leads, mentors, and develops the Client Solutions team resources.
• Collaborates with the Sales Area VP and Regional Directors to create sales, marketing, and training strategies for designated regions.
• Provides coaching for team leaders, sets goals, and conducts annual performance reviews.
• Initiates the creation of new business strategies, procedures, and standards for Client Solutions.
• Facilitates communication and teamwork among the Client Solutions leadership team to ensure consistency and collaboration across various groups.
• Participates in client meetings with Client Solutions staff as required to ensure successful engagement.
• Organizes necessary pre-sales resources to enhance success with opportunities.
• Achieves quarterly and annual sales targets in collaboration with the sales team by adding value throughout the sales process, such as initiating discussions through industry and peer network contacts.
• Articulates the Optiv narrative as a leading advisor and solutions provider in cybersecurity.
• Conducts requirements analysis and qualification of potential opportunities.
• Coordinates internal Optiv resources for product demonstrations and manages evaluations of security technologies.
• Works with internal Optiv teams to align client expectations with the complete Optiv solution portfolio, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
• Manages relationships with vendor partners.
• Remains informed about industry trends and news to provide thought leadership, support, analysis, and guidance to clients and internal Optiv teams.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience is mandatory.
• Preferred qualifications include industry-recognized certifications.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% consistently is required.
• Demonstrated people leadership abilities with a proven track record in hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
