Client Services Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Supervise daily workflow activities related to Periscope requests and assessments.

• Administer and refresh databases to share information with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide assistance to health plan partners and clients regarding service requests.

• Offer scheduling support for the evaluation of therapists.

• Keep accurate records of communications with clients.

• Address and resolve administrative inquiries in a timely manner.

• Analyze and interpret medical documents, confirming information as necessary.

• Support data entry tasks and uphold data integrity.

• Detect and report data quality concerns to staff and supervisors.

• Act as the main point of contact for health plans and therapists.

• Upload and maintain precise records within databases.

• Ensure strict adherence to patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Carry out other related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• A minimum of one year of experience in computer data entry and database management is preferred.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities and customer service skills.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to work independently with limited supervision.

• Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and schedules as required.

• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers at all organizational levels.

• Competence in following instructions provided through phone, email, or portal systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.

• Reliable internet access and capacity to work from home.

• Must reside in Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Nevada, or Virginia.

• Availability for a mid-shift from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST; schedule may vary and may include some weekends.

• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
