This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary contact for patients undergoing enhanced scans, ensuring a seamless experience from appointment scheduling to follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with sales and clinical teams to manage post-scheduling workflows, making certain that patients complete all required steps for their scans.
• Coordinate home lab draws with third-party providers, ensuring that results are processed promptly for consultations.
• Guarantee the timely and accurate delivery of supplementary reports, including body composition analysis and brain volume quantification.
• Track and monitor patient progress throughout the enhanced scan process, proactively addressing any potential delays or issues.
• Oversee applications for the Provider Education Program, tracking interested candidates and guiding them through the application process.
• Organize physician participants' scans and follow-up consultations to ensure a smooth experience.
• Collaborate with the physician sales team to ensure timely scheduling and engagement with program participants.
• Maintain an updated database of applicants for the physician education program, tracking milestones and feedback.
• Serve as a liaison among patients, sales, and clinical teams, ensuring seamless coordination of clinical services.
• Provide prompt updates and support to patients regarding their enhanced scan processes, including preparation instructions, lab draws, and follow-ups.
• Ensure high levels of satisfaction among patients and physicians by proactively addressing concerns, answering questions, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance when handling patient and physician information.
• Background in patient coordination, healthcare operations, or clinical support roles (ideally in imaging, concierge medicine, or specialized healthcare).
• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with a focus on patient-centric and service-oriented approaches.
• Experience collaborating with sales and physician relations teams is advantageous.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and medical record systems to monitor patient and physician progress.
• Capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, problem-solve effectively, and anticipate the needs of patients and physicians.
• Willingness to adapt to changing responsibilities as the enhanced scan workflow evolves.
