Client Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Consult, assist, and resolve issues for a portfolio of clients to help achieve their interactive business goals.

• Oversee client websites, ensuring they are updated with pertinent, timely, and actionable information.

• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer support.

• Gather, organize, format, publish, and manage client content effectively.

• Stay informed about updates and improvements to MembersFirst software.

• Contribute to the creation of new training materials for clients.

• Work flexible shifts, including some evenings, and be available on-call during certain weekends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in HTML (raw code) and Photoshop.

• Familiarity with JavaScript and CSS is preferred.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in interactive marketing, advertising agencies, direct marketing, membership marketing, or internet-related industries.

• Strong understanding of cross-browser and cross-platform dependencies.

• Solid knowledge of content publishing and/or content management systems.

• Good familiarity with web information architecture standards, including site maps, navigation structures, and content layout and presentation.

• Awareness of best practices in website development, such as design and usability.

• Proficient in Google/Microsoft Office applications.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Working knowledge of the Country Club Industry is highly recommended but not required.

• Ability to tackle complex problems using logical reasoning and methodologies.

• Capability to maintain composure under pressure.

• Skillful in managing and resolving conflicts fairly and promptly.

• Possess the functional and technical skills necessary to perform the job at a high standard.

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including some evenings, and be available on-call for certain weekends.
